For quite awhile Kella has been batting in the backyard with her t-ball set, so we knew she would pick it right up.
Funny thing about this age, she doesn't understand the competitive side of these sports. Up until this point our "coaching", meaning "parenting" has been to share, take turns, don't take that away from them...you get the idea. But now we are finding ourselves yelling from the sidelines "Get the ball", "Take it away" - I wonder why she's getting so confused...?!?!?!?

All the parents opted to nix the professional photography and take our own pictures.
With that said, I couldn't finish this post without adding the next batch of pics. This poor little guy just wasn't into playing this season, but week after week his parents encouraged him to play & try to bat, with very little, but mostly no success. So, "picture day'' was no exception, but dad wasn't taking "No" for an answer this time! My camera takes about 8 pics in 1 second - I saw what was happening - and just kept clicking!
Notice the little nudge he got from Dad, then the fall, then Dad, feeling a little guilty, helping him up. I LOVE Taylor's expressions as he falls into her, then the look she gives his dad...priceless! Notice how Kella is oblivious to all the happenings around her - she just keeps posing - don't know where she gets that?!?!?!?!
